GMC dealerships near me (Jackson, MI)

Salesman got short when I questioned any of the addition charges. The first vehicle I test drove was disgusting to say the least (spilled coffee still on the steering wheel, seats were sticky and they have had the vehicle for over 60 days) and they said it had been detailed. When I was on the fence about the purchase and asked for a few minutes his response was ...Am I selling as car or not? After the sale when I left the lot the tire pressure sensor came on and the tire was at 23 pounds. I turned around and went back. They filled it and sent me home even though I asked for the tire to be checked. It had a leak and was flat the next morning. The salesman ignored calls and text. Ended up contacting the manager and they had me bring the car back in. That evening the check engine light came on. I purchased the service package thankfully and the issue was covered.

I went with another dealership that was closer and had the exact car model I was looking for but throughout the process Brian was exceptionally helpful. Not too pushy but made sure I had all the information I could ask for. If I have to purchase another car this dealership will be my first contact.

They do the best job getting you into the dealership but once you get there everything they told you over the phone is different

Salesman, Johnathon, was great. Very helpful. However worst experience ever when picking up the car, had appointment at noon. Sat for OVER an hour, finally got up and complained. Had I known where the guy was. I had seen with an empty office forever. Then he tried to charge me $600 more than purchase price. No financing cash deal, no trade in!!!! Then he screwed up the mileage on the new title. I was fuming. No apology no I’m sorry for your wait or my incompetence

They didn't offer me the price online. They added out of state taxes and fees. I passed on their deal.
