GMC dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

I was told this car was in for service and would be contacted when it was finished. The next day I checked back in and the car was sold. I’ll make sure not to buy anything here.

Staff is great and really Helpful

My salesperson was great and easy to work with, and the finance team was helpful as well. I came in pre-approved through my credit union, but they were able to beat my rate, which I really appreciated. My car search started about 3 weeks ago. After a frustrating experience with a smaller rental lot that wouldn’t work with my credit union unless I used their financing and added warranties/care packages, I decided to try a larger dealership. That brought me to Demontrond and a 2025 VW Atlas with only 5K miles. Unfortunately, the tire-pressure and oil-change lights were on during the test drive. I was also surprised that it wasn’t offered as CPO. The biggest disappointment was the negotiation process. They wanted to keep the price as a new vehicle but verbiage for no in-house maintenence packages was because it's a used vehicle. Overall, my salesperson and finance experience were good, but the vehicle condition and negotiation process left me disappointed.

Never got anything from them

I would definitely purchase a car from this place. They do everything they can to resolve issues. Even if you experience hiccups and miscommunication they will extend any way possible to make it right. Great place to do business.

Liked the truck. Was not very negotiable on my trade-in. Therefore no deal was made.

Nice truck but pretty typical of dealerships. Car wasn't clean had small issues . Not all on them but im sick a tired of looking at 50k trucks that look like crap. Its new to me. Ive had appointments at several dealers. All the same. Its a shame . Good luck and do your homework guys.

The process was long but overall good experience

I reached out to the dealership with some questions about the vehicle in question. I received a text message saying someone would call me with the follow-up information I have requested. I never heard back from anyone.
