Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Do Not Buy Here. Sketchy. Business. Practices. Found a truck online with a decent price. Dealt all day with a guy named Pravin. Started to get into the weeds of the deal and ask questions. The rate they gave me was over 10%. I can get significantly lower at my own lender(6.5%). Came back and said they do not accept outside financing. It’s cash or finance through them. I told them I did not want this VIP package with a year of oil changes and services because I live 800 miles away. They said I had no choice and they sell all of their vehicles with this “Vanguard VIP”. They said all of this was firm and no budging. Spoke with Pravin all day on the phone and mentioned I would finance myself and none of this was mentioned. Crazy to think I was going to travel 800 miles to spend tens of thousands of dollars at their dealership and get treated like this. Gives southern hospitality a bad name. After reading reviews this is how they operate. Sketchy.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

I applied online for this particular vehicle credit was checked and also chatted with someone and he confirmed me the vehicle was still available that if they're were ti be amy changes he would communicate it with me. When we got there the vehicle was not there and supposedly sold the day before. When I had received a email stating the dealer was closed the day the truck was sold.

Was in the market for a Sierra 1500. The online price was listed at just under $51K. After inquiring, I was told the actual price was $54K, due to the dealership window tint warranty and some other incidentals. When I asked if they dealership add-ons could be declined, they said no, the actual price was $54K. The lack of price transparency was unnacceptable and deceiving. Before visiting this dealership I would call in advance to make sure the listed price is the actual price. Plent of other places in Texas to get a great truck.

This dealership had the lowest trade in value out of nearly 10 dealerships I worked with. When I let them know I was just blown off. Once they called back they insulted my knowledge of the market and said I didn’t know what I was talking about. All while I shared NADA, KBB, and Carvana data, but was met with a horrible attitude. I have purchased plenty of vehicles for myself or helped friends/family. Not to mention $1700+ worth of pointless add ons they won’t remove. I have tried working with this dealer in the past and they are still the same unfortunately. I got over $11,000 more on my trade ins compared to this dealership. Stay away from this place.
