The initial visit was a 5-star visit. Great communication & great products. The pickup visit was a 4 star visit, in that they failed to install the trailer hitch I had requested and paid for. They reimbursed me for it in full, but now I have to get it installed myself. I recommend this company anyway, and would do business with them again.
