After not finding what I was looking for around Amarillo, TX, I decided to go down to DFW since they had more used inventory and better deals. I messaged several dealerships on CarGurus and Classic was the first to message back. Daniel Farrington, Internet Sales, asked if I could give him a quick call to set up a time for a test drive. I felt comfortable the moment I stepped on the lot and didn’t feel any pressure from sales or management. After a test drive, I had a couple more dealerships I was going to visit. We ate some lunch and I had some time to think. After an hour or so, I decided that this was the car for me and where I wanted to do business. I never visited the other dealers. Daniel took care of me from beginning to end and made it as painless as possible. It has only been a couple of days, but I’m happy with my purchase and would gladly do business with them again.

They claim to have the best prices, but not on their used cars. There were many better deals listed on cargurus. I purchase a 2017 version of the same truck with less miles for the same price they were asking for a 2015 that also had an accident on the carfax. Just make sure you do your research as always.

They sales reps had good communication and were certainly friendlier than most. The car was far from luxury clean and it's not a gas saver by default of the manufacturer. Therefore their description is designed to get people in to see the car and/or to sell the car, but it's not accurate. The driver's seat is worn incredibly bad along with the 3rd row seat. There are horrible carpet stains in row three and the exterior of the car .. well it looks like a 2012 and certainly not pristine with buffs and scratches everywhere. The brakes definitely need attention as they are load and sound rusted. My guess is that it's time for new discs and brakes, but was unable to inspect. If you want a good "used" car w/o expectations of having a semi-new look, I do recommend Classic Buick. While we did not work through any sales deal, I did like our sales rep and felt comfortable with him. The car however was just not right for us.

I called the day before we arrived to ask a few questions about the vehicle we were interested in. Our sales rep pulled the car up front for us, and had it warmed up- it was FREEZING! The process was quick and everyone was helpful and kind. We would certainly go back! :)

Very informative, helpful and worked hard to try and find something I like. Sadly I am stuck on just one car and the one car he had was above my price range. Other than that this seems to be an excellent dealership. I enjoyed the experience and the salesman was not pushy in any way! Thumbs Up!

I wanted an Acadia but they first showed me a Buick Enclave which I wasn't interested in. Eventually I got to test drive an Acadia which I really like but no deal has been reached yet.

Definitely not interested in working with someone and just about making the dollar. Poor communication as one manager called me right after I spoke to the other manager and he didn't even know because there were "no notes" entered regarding our conversation. Very poor customer service.

Was very unhappy. I bought from this dealership two years ago and the experience was fantastic! I enquired of a truck on June 30th and price went up. When I asked salesman why he stated market changes so prices go up. After contacting manager, salesman contacted me back saying good news they will honor the price that was first listed on car guru. Just did not expect that after the hands down great treatment two years prior.

Mr Li the vehicle is currently priced $7203 back of retail book and several thousand below trade, when we advertise online we do put our best price out there.  It is unreasonable to compare the price of an Altima with an Infiniti they simply have more features and cost more.

The Vehicle they posted was listed as manual when it actually a automatic, I almost made a 10 hour trip to see the vehicle. Their communication is good, but a little over bearing, you get text, email and calls from 4 different people.

James Kilgore, Charlie Acosta and Brian Uranga made our car buying experience easy. These guys made us feel like we were buying a car from a friend and not pressuring us or make us feel like we were an inconvenience like other dealerships in that same area made us feel. Horrible experience, these guys will not work with you at all. They do not make any effort to keep your business, they could care less about the customer and if you dont want to pay exactly what there asking even for a car thats a little high on the miles, then they say "screw you and have a good day" basically. I would not reccoment doing business with them at all!
