GMC dealerships near me (Dallas, TX)

Gateway was very flexible, friendly and helpful. We didn't end up buying the car but they were gracious and understanding. I would be happy to buy from them in the future.

I contacted them several times but they never give any information on car listed I reached out to them by texts was always told they’ll get back to me but they never did

Disappointed with the communication and overall experience. I submitted an inquiry to purchase this vehicle and was working with the salesman to get the purchase process started, including discussing my trade-in. Throughout the process, communication was minimal, and I was ultimately left without any follow-up or update. I was never told that the vehicle had been sold. Instead, the salesman simply stopped communicating and essentially ghosted me. When someone is making a large purchase such as a vehicle, I expect clear and timely communication—even if the vehicle sells to another customer. A simple update letting me know the vehicle was no longer available would have been the professional and respectful thing to do. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor impression of the dealership and the way customers are treated during the purchasing process.

Tony and his brother Jonathan did a great job helping me out unfortunately the car was bought before I could decide to go with the offer they had for me

Dealership, salesman, and finance person were great to deal with.

Drew was amazing throughout process and is very knowledgeable.

Communication was definitely dropped somewhere. Specific instructions were left to either text or email. I was finally contacted via email after the vehicle is sold... Nice

The Honda was not the right for my wife. But we were delighted to meet and work with the Salesman Kamari Strong. Not only knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sales but confident and honest. I messaged him that we had found a more appropriate auto for my wife. His response was gracious and opened the lines of communications for further transactions.

Went in to look at a jeep. It wasn’t available but they got me into a different one and was there for a total of 3.5 hours. Staff was very helpful and the financing process moved very quickly.

They were an absolute dream to communicate with. My husband and I are not actually ready to pull the trigger. I Would buy from them in the future.
