My experience with the dealership was terrible. The manager was rude and derogatory towards me. He lied to me on the phone about the value of my truck that I was gonna trade in and he wasn’t nice at all when I didn’t want to accept his deal and that’s when he got belligerent with me,I would not advise anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Worked with me on the price, got what I wanted on trade, brought the deal together quickly and met me halfway to exchange vehicles. Wes answered all my questions & sent me a video of the Ford Ranger. It was a very fair & pleasant buying experience. I would do business with Byers again.

I Called in to confirm price and carfax information On the vehicle. Talked to a guy named Bob, very sarcastic guy on the conversation. I asked for price and he said yes we list the price online just so costumers can call and ask for price again. He finally share the price and info I was requesting but then he said okay I actually have to talk to other costumers I have in front of me. (Making it look like I was not a real costumer until I show up to the dealer). Definitely not a pleasant conversation. I do feel like he was not willing to work things out unless you show up ready to run your credit. I dislike those sales reps to be honest.

Made them an offer on the truck, they said they had someone coming in to look at it that evening and they would get back with me. Never heard from them again

Sold me a car with cupped tires. Reached out to the salesman and director never heard back from them. I had to purchase two tires myself for the vehicle I just purchased two weeks ago.

I don't think truck existed if it did they sold it early and left add up because it was way to good of a deal and thin try to sell y p u one for 10000 more .Will not be shopping with them
