We drove over an hour to see this suv and another one on the lot, the 2014 had a busted windshield the car pulled to the right one test driving it was not worth almost 10 grand, we then took out a 2019 Saint Mac model that was worse not what the picture described the salesman was pushy and I don’t play that game, this vehicle would’ve been for my kids to drive not me and I need to make sure our car is safe to put my children in to drive. Me and my wife personally bought vehicles from Fred beams before in Boyertown PA, but I will not go back.

The most sketchy experience I've ever had with buying a car. Made me come in on the last day of the month and I live an hour away to make a sale I go down to test drive it. They said there was shocks and these other issues that were going wrong but they would come back to my house to take it another day to get it fixed, which was kind of sketchy to me. Why couldn't it just stay there until it was fixed when I went down to test drive it my husband and I got on 95 with the salesman and the motor started misfiring and the check engine light went on trying to help him out. We tried to get the same exact car, but in another issue was wrong with it. There was a messed up armrest. My husband was trying to work with them and say if you wanted to make the sale today to swap the armrest out with the other vehicle and we'll take the other vehicle home. They were so pressed about not selling that one though when it was minimal problems, I will never get back to them. You get what you pay for

Told me the truck was sold the day before i was coming to buy it. Asked me if I'm looking for anything else. Truck is still available online. Obvious "bait and switch" sales technique.

Car salesman was a bit cocky. Wasn't too fond of his attitude passed on the car.
