Ford dealerships near me (Virginia Beach, VA)

Road 3 hours to get the van. Specifically asked about a warranty and they told me 90 days or 4k miles thru messages. I get there and no warranty. The van Cadillac converter needed to be replaced. When someone rides 3 hours for a car they are prepared to buy with the information giving by dealership and I wouldn't have even made the trip had they ben honest from the start. I should get reimbursement for the wasted day. It cost me 500 to make the trip for absolutely nothing

Everyone was so helpful and I have no complaints, in fact I’ve never had a better experience at a new car dealership and it was so smoothly and rapidly completed I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that I drove home that very day my perfect truck !

Awesome staff, great day at the dealership! No problems encountered except the vehicle was a certified vehicle with a bad drivers headlight bulb! Instead of bringing it back for repair I fixed it myself. With a little help from the local Automotive part store! Cost me 20 dollars!

I was in communication with the dealership for 2 days before I made an appt. I was told everything would be ready. However, when I showed up, the car was not ready. Infact the dealership couldn’t find the keys. The car was in pretty rough condition sitting on the lot. I was told it hadn’t been detailed yet. But it was a lot “rougher” then that. Either way after about 20 min I was told they couldn’t find the keys. They believed it was at an employees home. We ended up going elsewhere and bought a car in about 2 hours or less at a different dealer.

Good comms; however, the vehicle was NOT what was advertised. Professional staff.
