Attempted 3 times to see the vehicle. It’s a demo and even with an appointment they couldn’t produce the vehcile

Attentive and helpful

The process was going great. We made a deal over the phone and all was done. But the dealer asked me to wait 10 days to finalize the paperwork at the end of the month. I agreed because there was a repair issue we were waiting to be completed. Then the dealer sold the truck to another person and didn’t offer any other trucks to replace the truck I agreed to purchase. They ended up blaming me for not completing financing paperwork or paying a deposit. The dealer is the one who asked me to wait until the end of the month to complete the sale.

They list one price and then they have 4k in dealer options not listed. Nothing is more frustrating than a bait and switch on the price. I bought from a different dealership as a result

It was good.

Communication was terrible. Their trade in offer was not even close, even after I sent them other offers that I had gotten from other dealerships. After I sent the other offers to see if they would compete they just ghosted me. I see the truck is still for sale so good luck to them.

I was supposed to be able to just go in and sign papers and pick up the car. They tried to sell it to me at the original price, not the marked down price I had agreed to. They said they could do the deal with no money down but made me pay $500 down. I should have walked out at that point. Played the game of having to go ask the manager and taking so long that of course I just wanted to get out of there. The car had more problems than just some small physical damage. For instance, the steering wheel when pulled out and raised up would not go back to the original down and pushed in position. Then when I got home and really looked at the paperwork, they tacked on gap insurance and tire service care without even asking or taking to me about it!!!! Look at the breakdown really good if you decide to buy anything from these people!

Excellent experience, excellent customer service and prices were fair I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had an excellent sales person and lead finance manager. They made sure the vehicle was ready and clean. The vehicle was just like they advertised on the website. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
