Battery was dead on the truck even though I had a scheduled appointment with the dealer. There were issues with the truck that the dealer played off as no big deal although I stressed with them I wanted everything fixed before I took it home. They decided to push me anyway with the sales managers bad tactics even offering to take $10,000 off the price of I just took it home that night. He wouldn't put it in writing so I left. Very pushy sales tactics and they don't care if you're happy with what you're taking home as long as they sell a vehicle. I warned them that I wasn't a fool but they decided to test me anyway. Won't be back.

We were given a quote from Sam's club the dealership would not honor it. Would not negotiate a fair price. He didn't want to take off the things we said we didn't need or want. His attitude was not right he could have made the deal he seem like he just didn't want to work with the customer.

Made me wait while two different employees physically took my drivers license and held it, while we waited for the vehicle to supposedly be driven over from another location. After 15-20 minutes of standing in front of the lobby, waiting for the vehicle, I became very uncomfortable that no one had handed me back my drivers license after they supposedly needed to bring it inside to make a copy. I went inside and asked for my drivers license, and the girl that took it said she didn’t have it but that she gave it to someone who was looking for me out in front. My husband and I were standing in front of glass windows and doors the entire time and were clearly visible to the employee that was definitely not looking for me to give me back my license. I finally found that guy, and he gave me back my drivers license while telling me they were looking for the keys to the vehicle in an office that was locked from the outside. They couldn’t find the key to that office. We left! Waste of time!

Emailed and dealership and they confirmed the truck was still for sale at advertised price. Advised then we would be there the next day to test drive it. Drove 2 1/2 hours the next day to be advised by Sales Floor Manager that the truck was no longer for sale as it had transmission issues. Did try to sell us another truck but we were not interested in it.

My wife and I went down to Tuttle-Click to look at the car. I was happy with the color from the beginning. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the Explorer. He told us there was no spar tire but my wife found the spare tire. We asked a lot of questions about financing that he was surprised we asked. He said no body asks those questions. We had to tease him a little about the spare tire. We took it for a drive and I liked the way it handled. We put money down but financed it through our credit union, which turned out to be a much better deal. Took delivery of the SUV and have been driving around since. Tuttle-Click has called me to make sure everything was good.
