I bought the car and our salesperson Armando was awesome, I have no complaints about him. The complaint I have is that on my contract they added the extended warranty without my permission, so there’s that.

Dealer called immediately. Set up appointment for the next day - was to be called should vehicle be sold. Called by dealer to confirm appointment. I changed appointment to a much earlier time, changing my work schedule. When I was enroute to dealership I was called and told the vehicle had been sold the "night before". No one called and, amazingly, no one knew until I was on my way that the vehicle was no longer available. Wow, I thought computerized inventories could help with that. Hmmm.

Raceway Ford is awful. They have high pricing for a Tahoe that was leaking oil and scratched up beyond repair. They were not flexible on the price but only by a few hundred dollars even after my husband found an oil leak in the vehicle they were trying to sell us. They also gave us an interest rate that was 2.5% higher than anywhere else we went. Needless to say we bought our car from Auto Nation and they are an amazing company that works with the people to make sure the investment is worth what u are paying. Raceway Ford appeared to us as a company only after money and not helping the customer. The salesman was rude and didn't know much about the vehicle he was selling us. Do not buy the 2009 2 LT Tahoe they have for sale that is white.

I e-mailed regarding the Charger that was for sale. Jacob called me within 30 minutes to talk about the deal. He was totally professional. He did all that he could to help me. I wasn't sure that I wanted this particular car and told him that I would call him the next day. I decided that I did want the car and called as I had told him. Unfortunately, the sold the car the evening before. Jacob promised that he would keep in contact if another Charger came in. I am totally confident that he will. I would not hesitate to do business with Raceway Ford

My experience here was a bit of a disappointment. I called ahead of my visit and asked about a specific car (GT500) - I was told they would negotiate. After an hour drive to their location, I was then informed that the car was being sold on a consignment basis - and they had a bottom price that would not be negotiated. Had they simply shared this with me on my phone call, both the dealer and I could have saved a lot of time. I bought a GT500 several hours later at a competing dealer.

I spoke to salesman at 5pm Friday and made an appointment for opening time Saturday, 8:30am. The truck was not there. Sold Friday pm I was told. I would have gladly left a deposit. 40 mile drive for nothing.
