Ford dealerships near me (Spring Branch, TX)

Was very satisfied. Response to my request, and was always available to answer my concerns. Also, was very forthcoming, honest and that’s what I valued most!!!!!

J was amazing! He contacted me right away about a truck I liked. He also found another vehicle on the lot when he noticed I wasn't interested in the original vehicle I was looking at. Unfortunately, one vehicle didn't interest me enough to purchase and the other was out of my price point. J took my information and will be on the lookout for a later model make and model we discussed.

Dealer listed truck at 2 different prices one on Jordan website and Facebook marketplace. 1000 dollars difference I told the salesman and he still tried to get the higher price.

Dealer contacted me. Set up test drive, gave me information. I just didn't like the way it rode.

Sales was great. Happy with experience overall. I made the deal by 9:15 but it took over 2 hours for the paperwork to get worked out - even though I had it pre approved and funded through my phone in 10 minutes. Perhaps some sort of disconnect or shortage of staff. Glad to have done most of the leg work before I arrived.

The buying experience through McCombs Ford West was absolutely terrible. Starting with the salesman who literally said “the numbers have to go somewhere” but couldn’t actually tell me what I was paying for or what were the figures that the sales price was comprised of. When confronted about an $800 prove discrepancy from sticker to sales sheet the sales manager refused to allow me to see the breakdown. Ultimately ended up not finalizing a sale with the dealership due to lack of transparency and shady dealings. They also didn’t like it when I presented them with the math (using their numbers) to show that they were trying to charge an extra $500-800. Worst buying experience ever, with zero customer consideration. I went to another reputable San Antonio dealer and got the exact same deal at the right price. Don’t waste your time at McCombs Ford West.
