They would rather send you to their AI than talk to you. AI couldn't answer a question so AI offered a phone number. Why not just answer my questions when I was talking to them.

Car not available but to see or test drive another, I had to make a commitment to financing or to a “number” before test driving or seeing the car. Wild.

Great dealership! I went in to look at a vehicle. As it turns out, it was still in service. However, they were running some great incentives on another truck. I ended up leaving in one that was arguably better and at roughly the same price. The process did take quite a while, but that was partially my wife and I trying to hammer out the deal with them. (Trade value, etc) I would gladly recommend them to friends and family though without hesitation. The Bluebonnet family of dealerships is a great place to get a car. Keep it up.

I received the notification after hours that they will return my inquire the next day but no one reached out to me and later found out the car was no longer available after I checked the site.
