I emailed, confirmed that the jeep was still there, and asked if I could test drive it the next day. Dealer contacted me via phone the next morning, saying I could test drive it. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, I was informed it was sold 2 days earlier. Needless to say, I'll never work with this dealership again.

Typical big dealership games and tactics. The old "let me talk to my manager" deal gets played a bunch here. Ended up leaving disappointed.

The service was good, Ollie was who we dealt with and he was great. We purchased the vehicle and the reason for only 4 stars? Wel, they could have a done a better job detailing the vehicle.

All in all things went well. The initial financing deal they tried to get me to sign was horrible...19% interest . Ended up using my bank at 9% and they worked with me on price. They made money and I feel I got a great deal. Car very clean and everything works. Had to air up the tires and fix the passenger windshield spray nozzle...no biggie.

Even thoe I spoke to a somebody there. A man of course. And even he getting me a estimation evaluating my good credit. In which I pass. He couldn't hold on to it for me till Friday to which I informed him about it. To my surprise it was sold prio to that weak. That wasn't very nice. He told me I had to pay him 500 bucks. Couldn't believe that. If he could of arrange something some other way of agreement I would had that truck. Much appreciated. Art .

Test drove car, salesperson was cortesous and polite. Did not purchase. Dealership needs a facelift and better parking for customers. No reception area and very crowded facility. Price was fair just decided on truck instead at different dealer.

Chris Powers was our sales rep, did an outstanding job. The entire Bluebonnet Dodge team was extremely helpful went above and beyond all my expectations and when I thought I didn't have a chance to get this absolutely beautiful truck they make miracles happen and I got financed. the agent I spoke with was rude and did not want to negotiate at all, he accused me of being a competitor and would not provide me with their lowest bid on the vehicle. He said the price listed is the price you pay if you want this vehicle. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and that the vehicle was overpriced and he did not like my comment. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. take your business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

Unable to reach an agreement on my trade-in. Although they have a body shop, dealer wanted me to go out and get estimates for hail damage repair on my vehicle. I was offended and recommend why could they not take it to their body shop and make me an appropriate offer. They just wanted to low ball me, which I expected but not to the tune of over $6500.00 from the previous offers I had.

Tom was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions I'm regards to the car I was looking at. the car was not ready to be shown. I set up an appointment for Friday, rescheduled to Saturday, then ending up waiting to Tuesday of the following week for a test drive, while car was in their shop. The car hadn't been prepped at all. It should have had an exterior wash and interior vacuum at the very least. It is hard to put a good value on a car that's exterior is dirty, interior has stains in the headliner and needs cleaning. Of course they said that they would detail the car and remove the stains in the headliner. I had driven eighty miles and waited from almost a week to see the car. I was disappointed but still made them an offer but could not make a deal ($500 difference). Tom the sales man was easy and pleasant to work with and felt bad about the wait to see the car. The sales manager played the heavy and was surprised when I got up and left after reducing the price to $12,750.

The dealer did not have truck in there inventory, reason, one of the sales rep or ma manager had taken truck on a personal vacation time and was not comming back till over the weekend, then I guess a manger called employee to bring truck back, when truck was brought back it was really dirty, can't believe dealers do this, I thought well since truck was taken off the lot, then I would get a good deal due to value has to have dropped due to truck taken off the lot price should be brought down, finance manager would not drop the price and tried to rush me out of there. Blue bonnets motors can't trust them again.

Greg called me and we scheduled a appt time for me to see the car Thursday. I arrived at the dealearship and found out that Gregg was off. So i dalt with another salesman who told me that the car was not at the dealership I was told to go Thursday. The salesman drove me to the dealership where the car was at. I get out the car and observed the car to be very dirty on the outside and not cleaned to be presented to a customer, I drove from San Antonio to have this bad experience.

So i hope that this isnt a joke becuz i really like this car and about to take a 45 min trip just to go look at it.
