Gave me all the information I ask for on a very timely manner. Very professional.

Although located 120 miles away, I was impressed enough with the sales contact and the fact that the truck available was nearly an exact match for what I sought in options at a competative, though not super low, price, that I bought the truck. It also helped that they sent someone that long distance to pick me up at no charge and take me to see the truck before I actually paid for it.

I received an auto-reply but that was it.

Checked on a Prius they just got in, but never heard back as to what was going on with the vehicle. Checked on the vehicle myself and found out it was sent to the auction. No body called me to tell me.Not very good follow up...I was really interested in seeing it too...but no follow up
