Dealership was very responsive to my vehicle purchase inquiry. I would visit their dealership again.

I had an excellent sales person and lead finance manager. They made sure the vehicle was ready and clean. The vehicle was just like they advertised on the website. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

The car was dirty, And the cables were eaten buy rodent.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional from start to finish. It felt less like they were trying to sell me a car and more like I was trying to make the sale happen. Communication was terrible—slow, unclear, and careless. No follow-up, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly, what a joke of an operation. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how they handle customers after the sale. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

After an initial contact with a salesperson who I felt was rude, the sales manager, customer service manager and the general manager reached out to me. When I walked in Max Salas greeted my wife and I, offered to change the course of my first impression. Drove off in a beautiful Bronco Raptor, 2024, Black and extremely low mileage. People can make the difference and overcome bad sales techniques. CG

Emailed about the truck and received an email asking about looking at it. I replied that I was hours away but wouldn’t mind coming to buy it but could I get their best drive out price. Haven’t heard from them since. That was February 19.
