The amount of calls I got from this dealer was astonishing. I have never in my life been so hounded to buy a car. I wish sales people would understand that no body likes to feel pressured into buying something. The moment I feel pressured I backed out and had to end up blocking all 4 of the numbers this dealer was using to call and text me MULTIPLE times a day, before we even got to the first thing that I had told them I would do which was get my trade in appraised. This car was exactly the car I have been looking for and I missed out on it due to overly pushy and obnoxious sales people. I am not saying that sales people should not try to reach out, but there is absolutely 0 reason why after I answered the first call and scheduled a time to meet them I should have gotten anything other than just maybe 1 single reminder call our text the day of the appointment. What I got was 2 text messages and at least 2 or 3 phone calls the day I was supposed to get the appraisal.

They contacted me multiple times I finally said I'd come out, drove out there , when I arrived, I was informed.I couldn't drive the vehicle because it was a stop sale with a recall, that's something they definitely knew they were just trying to get me out there to show me other cars, not playing the game

It was an excellent experience Jared Nelson did an amazing job helping me with this transition I highly recommend this dealership to the state of Illinois and beyond

loved working with this dealer! I called and scheduled a test drive, the car was beautiful and clean and ready for me to drive. they came down in price and went up in price for my trade... I couldn't be happier! I would honestly send people to them and go back to purchase through them! everything went so smoothly!!!!

I contacted the dealership on a vehicle that they had the salesman told me that the vehicle had just over 18k on it but the internet said it had 20k on it and when I arrived to look at it it had 26k on it.
