Was given a written offer by email of $13,700 for my car, drive the 40 minutes to test drive the one I was interested in....only to be told they would give me $11k for my trade. Not cool. Promising one number to get you in the door, then not honoring it is deceptive & is why people despise going to car dealerships.

Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

Told me it was available, took 2 methods of transportation and walked the rest of the way, taking me 2 hours, just for them to tell me they sold it already
