Super nice salesman and helpful. Still working through some issues with the car that are being addressed. Hopefully we get this soon. Kind of wish they fixed this before they put it out for sale but I get it is a business.

If you find them online, price is not real. Was thousands more then advertised. I ended up buying a brand new 25' f250 diesel out of Texas where the online price was actually true without all the "add ons"

They called me and sent me a video of the truck I was interested in. Drove there the weekend and bought the truck. Truck was cleaned and detailed .

I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER from Cavender Ford of OKC. I honestly DO NOT recommend this dealership. Needless to say, I had appointment scheduled 1/31/2026 at 1 pm to OKC, which is 3 hrs away, found out they sold it, they gave me a higher price than was listed on CarGurus. They DO NOT care about their customers, they only care about $$ sign. Another tip is, to be very careful as they have AI assistant by the name of “Shelby”. I honestly thought I was texting with a real human being on the other side. At first, I was texting with salesperson Brandon Huspeth and honestly don’t know how AI assistant got involved, that goes to prove that they don’t have a good communication system with their customers. I have proof of all this, if anyone is interested. I am a FAITHFUL woman and truly BELIEVE that GOD works in mysterious ways. So if this helps someone else from having this bad experience, I have done my job as to love my neighbor as myself.
