Poor communication, no action until you hound them, waiting 2 weeks to even take posession because of waiting for parts and registration. False promises made as to when it would be ready. Poor communication between Sales and Service depts. Salesman went on vacation and never filled in anyone as to the status of the vehicle so they called me wanting that information instead if asking service team about it. Waiting until last minute to do vin check, still no registration done after 13 days. Just unreal and a mountain of stress. Its like nobody cares. I would never refer them to anyone. You gotta stay on them all the time. Never again.

Dealership was not able to honor the advertised price. they try to get you in the door and then offer to sell at prices that ended up being 10% higher as their best and final offer. compared to other dealers I have visited felt more aggressive selling from the start but courteous staff overall. I noticed that other dealers offer a price where they can see it leave the lot with extras on top, not price advertised with certain offers adding to price because one is not first service responder, military, etc. At end, felt more comfortable buying somewhere where service was more friendly and no hidden irks were discovered
