Vehicle wasn't there and sales people didn't have a clue, even after answering my question if it had a 3rd row.....

Great customer service was greeted as soon as I walked in. Wasted no time test driving the car before starting the car buying process. Drove off the lot with the car on the same day. Will definitely go back for another car and will recommend schicker ford to other people

I received a very prompt response from dealership. I explained what we were looking for, I also explained my husband’s health issues and our need for online support. Previous contact with dealers were unsuccessful when requesting the extra help needed. The vehicle I called about sold. I check their inventory daily to see if they have anything new. Look forward to dealing with them in the near future.

This was the absolute worst experience. I called, told them I was a cash buyer and was coming in to buy the car. They assured me the car was available and I made an appointment and I drove over two hours from Missouri to Illinois just to be told without them even looking in the comoute4 that the car had sold the day before, what a dishonest, shades company. I’d never recommend them. They were rude and not helpful at all.
