Drove 100 miles to buy a Ram Promaster that was on there lot. When I got there they didn’t know where it was. Said probably sold but not sure. Took my number and never called back. Next day a sales lady called and asked how my experience went. Told her about the vehicle not being there and she said that it was on the lot. I told her that I was not interested anymore because of my experience. The lady that called on the phone was very nice and apologetic. The salesman at the store not impressed.
