Easy experience, promptly returned email. Purchase was easy, they delivered my car on time

Dealer did contact me but almost alittle too much. They are far away and another state so I ended up getting something at least within state. They were very nice and helpful but a bit to much as much as they emailed me.

It was very good Abraham sold me my 2024 mustang gt. He was very helpful

I recently bought a 2021 4Runner from Ted Britt. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. The vehicle is perfect and the price was very reasonable based on market standards. It's very refreshing to have 5 Star service these days and all the people at Ted Britt deserve a shout out:) Thanks guys:)

Dealer was great and quick to respond, do work ups and give me feedback and answers to questions. They did a great job except for the fact they would not hold the car for me which I understand is against their policy. Their sales team was solid and extremely helpful and kept me up to date for the whole process even when someone else was looking at it and ended up buying it. It allowed me to keep my weekend schedule and they were respectful of that and my time. I will say the only area they need to work on is their fees. Their processing fees were much higher than normal which is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that though a good experience.

Nice truck in photo. Rusted front struts and under carriage. They would fix rust on under carriage but did not want to do anything with struts.left dealership mad. I drove 2 hours one way for nothing. I ask for best price out the door and was not even going to cut price listed. To stay with list price and not fix anything. Another turn off. The vehicle was listed and on lot the drivers door looked like a blood stain on it. Real clean truck.

Okay response from Sales, GM follow up was okay. When I called GM back, Sales intercepted and asked how he can help. I wanted to s/w GM.

Besides the ride there my experience was awesome. I contacted Mr Anthony about a car and he responded quickly, when I arrived everyone was super friendly and I felt comfortable. Mr Anthony and Mr Kevin was very funny and professional thanks for making me feel less nervous about purchasing my car, which I love by the way, thanks again
