Daniel, Josh and Jason were all helpful. They negotiated in good faith and did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. The price was fair and the I drove away happy. I had some trouble with the Ford App, and they kept in touch with me until the problem was resolved. I don't replace my cars very often; my previous car purchase was ten years ago. I was amazed that the experience was what was promised - stress free. This dealership knows how to listen.

This is my second review. I bought this Buick and as soon as I got halfway home the tire light came on lol. Why not! Anyway there were and are a few other things. That goodness I bought the extender warranty, the car is in the shop as we speak getting all the repairs done. Heritage Ford has been very helpful through this process.
