Didn’t look at the vehicle. It needed detailing before it was ready for customers, we decided that it wasn’t what we was looking for.

When they posted this Jeep online. I noticed that it’s one of the Jeeps in an active recall and Jeep placed a strict Stop Sale on the vehicles due to a recall. When I reach out and notified the dealership the person I text the night before was kind. The salesman I spoke to in the morning was standoffish and acted like what I said didn’t matter and knew better than me. Granted I am not perfect but as a dealer myself contacting the dealership to notify them of the situation with the VIN and the open recall you would think they would have been thankful instead of rude.

The staff was very helpful and contacted me by email and msg for any questions and to schedule a test drive. My trade in was appraised when I arrived and I was able to test drive. The financing process was surprisingly quick and a good deal was made.

This is my second review. I bought this Buick and as soon as I got halfway home the tire light came on lol. Why not! Anyway there were and are a few other things. That goodness I bought the extender warranty, the car is in the shop as we speak getting all the repairs done. Heritage Ford has been very helpful through this process.
