Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Told me to contact them back first thing Monday morning because they had a weeknhold on the vehicle. When I did, Stephanie Noble said she was sorry that an overzealous sales person who comes in very early before the business opens took a down payment for the vehicle. They would not honor our agreement and sold the vehicle to the other person because they had already received money for it. I did not get the chance to put a reserve on it because of the previous week hold. Very unethical dealership.

I arranged a test drive for Friday on Wednesday and when I got there the car hadn't been cleaned or serviced and needed something repaired. Was still interested in the car just wanted the repair done before I could trade my car in for it. They said they'd keeper updated but I ended up calling on Saturday and found out that they let someone else put a deposit on it after I left Friday.

The sales department responded immediately very nice polite and helpful. Unfortunately I was unable to travel to buy it. Seem to be honest dealership
