Great experience. The only place I'd go for a vehicle.

Responsive and helpful, seamless transaction.

They didn't bother to tell me about the horrible smoke oder that they masked.

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

Dealer never wanted to work with me!! When I told him I wanted best price with no trade in he gave me same price that was listed. I just wanted best price before I came because I would have to travel a ways to see the vehicle!
