Ford dealerships near me (Lansing, MI)

Vary happy with this entire Vehicle purchase. I must say i have a problem with agitation, and this dealer never once caused me any any of that. Ps. I get lots of pride driving my American Bronco Sport.

I had to call to get a response and the gentleman said he would send me pics of what I asked for but haven't recieved anything and that was 10 days ago. I'm 5 hrs away I want to make sure it's what I want before I drive all that way

I was trying to find information online about the truck. When I asked for the details on the truck, he asked what information I needed. All of the information on the truck. Also, if the information was online, I did not have to waste his and my time. This dealership needs to post the information online, not requiring an individual to call to gather information. Working nights makes it hard to talk to salespeople. Their hours are when I am sleeping.
