Ford dealerships near me (Lake Stevens, WA)

Everything was good until I got the carfax. The history was questionable with a very long gap in reported mileage and service. Also an accident where vehcile had to be towed and was immediately sold after.

I have NEVER had a more POSITIVE experience with an auto dealer. In fact, we nearly purchased a car from another dealer, with a really large, really pretty dealership, but that experience was really no fun. Campbell Auto Group was EXCEPTIONAL!

Everything was very easy and simple. Even got a better deal than i was expecting!:)

I placed a deposit on a vehicle with the manager. The dealership then sold the car to someone else and claimed the deposit was never process - despite taking all of my banking details. Turned out they never processed the payment, they just wrote it all down on a paper on their desk, so my deposit wasn't valid. Totally careless with sensitive financial information and dishonest.

My wife and 1, including our 4 year old had a smooth purchase experience on our 2022 infiniti Zach is a professional that gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without pressure. Awesome experience

Drove hour and a half to look at truck on their lot.. Decided I wanted to buy, asked for 8-10 k trade in value on my 2015 Ford F150 xl 2wd 112k, owner said he didn't want my trade. Didn't do the deal. Drove all the way back home. Not a great experience.

I messaged the dealership the first day the truck was listed on CarGurus. I got spammed by an AI Chatbot initially and for the duration of the week (to me the use of a chat bot is a deeply impersonal customer service tactic ) Then was texted by a very helpful staffer named Ella. We were in communication all week long waiting for the service and maintenance department to finish their checks on the vehicle. The vehicle was initially listed at 24,900, but then I noted they increased the price to 26,100. When I inquired if the original price would be honored, I got radio silence, the next text I got stated the truck had been sold. Early on, I offered to put a deposit down as I live 80 miles from the dealership and could not get there at the drop of a hat and was told this was not possible. The Almighty dollar wins again over building lasting relationships. Will definitely avoid doing business with Dwayne Lane in the future.

I highly recommend frontier ford. I was in and out in less than 4 hours. No high pressure fast efficient. Ryan was excellent. Bob the sales manager excellent, David the finance guy excellent. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
