The process was good from working the deal over text messages and out of state. Jorge was my salesman and he would Always get back to me with any questions.

My experience was mixed. They started off good I explained my needs and necessity for the transaction to be done online mostly as I live 8 hours away. Emailed back and forward for 3-4 days then was told the car was going to be inspected and they would reach back out once the car was out of service. Never heard back from anyone went online the next day and saw it was sold. I was ready to buy that car and was just waiting to hear back from salesperson. The experience was disappointing. They started off good, but just dropped the ball.

I contacted the dealership and let them know I wanted a walk out price, want to spend as little time as possible and which vehicle I wanted. The price quoted was exactly what I was told, no hidden costs. I was at dealership about 45 minutes. Finally, vehicle was out front waiting for me ready to go when I arrived. They did exactly as I asked and I was/am very pleased.

No comment dealer never called or emailed me for the car

If you contact them they put you on a subscription to their sales persons email. You think they are being persistent but in fact when you keep getting the same email over and over even after complaining then you notice in small print on the bottom say to unsubscribe go here! Cara was the sales person whose name was in the emails. Can you imagine what the contract small print might say!

They was great Great team they really take care of me and understand my needs But after 2 hours the deal didn't work 🙃 Awesome place.
