Horrible experience. Dealer is a scam. SHAME on you KUNES COUNTRY FORD OF ANTIOCH! Agreed on a price over the phone. travelled for over two hrs to get to destination only for them to try selling me the car $5000.00 over the agreed price and &4000.00 over the price advertised on car gurus. Don’t waste your time! They invented all sorts of fees, dealer prep fees $2583.00, dealer service fee and all the other nonsense. Buyer be aware.

Dealer was good! The car was clean and the place was too. The sales person was helpful to a point but didn’t know really much about the car details. They also tried doing the typical manager trick to try to force you to buy right then and there when I wasn’t ready.
