Worst experience with a dealership ever. Classic bait and switch. They told me the vehicle was there and I told them I was on my way. When I was 5 minutes from the dealership they called and said it was sold. Total scam

Whoever took pictures lied about damage to viehicle. Bumper was popped clean off. That's not minor, it can mean body damage. They control your entire test drive, its hard to get a feel for a car when they will not let you stop in empty places and back up and move around . Caroline was fine, car was still in the running until she got her sales manager. Carlos was creepy and condescending. He tried to jack up the price by 1k even though we had a written offer. He talked down to me re my car- that he never even saw, we weren't even expecting more than he quoted us, just the way he talked to us. Clearly thought we were stupid girls. Then he tried to pitch us a "buy right now and I'll throw in the spare tire!" high pressure offer even though we'd said multiple times we had other cars to look at that day. We ran for the exit. We found a car that same day. Same make and model, less mileage, lower price, no damage, jack and tire included. They were trying to rip us off by rushing us.
