I had seen the jeep online and went to look at it. The frame actually had holes in it underneath. I took pictures. Unless it was marked as is somewhere that I didn't see it. But it wasnt mentioned in cargurus page.

Steven was a nice guy but when I came back to make the purchase we were passed off to someone else who hadn’t talked with us at all and didn’t care at all. I had been very open and transparent about my top price but the “office” person just said this is our price. Not a word or any attempt at all to come to an agreement. (We were only $17/mo apart on the monthly payment). So my wife and I got up and walked out. He didn’t even try to get us to stay in fact he never said a word, so we left. Since then no one has reached out at all - except for their AI text messaging service, which both guys complained about. Bottom line Steve was a good guy but he needed to stay apart of the whole process instead of passing us off to someone who doesn’t care about making the sale at all. Couple weeks later and I see that car is still for sale…

Friendly calls and comments email received. Car of interest sold before I could arrange seeing it.

Easy so far.

Wish the vehicle was cleaner when we went to look at it. Snow and salt due to the weather.
