Ford dealerships near me (Georgetown, TX)

Bought a car with a defective clutch that needed to be replaced, I’ve driven manual cars for 10+ years so I did not burn it out. Dealer was unwilling to fix, or help with any costs with replacement.

They have contacted me about purchasing a Tacoma and they have been working with me and they have been very responsive and helpful

Took forever to complete purchase

I had the most amazing experience with this dealership! I was looking quite late at night and Joshua Murphy reached out to me the next morning. He worked with me diligently to get into the vehicle that I wanted with the price that I wanted. John and financing was just as amazing! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking!

The car was in excellent condition and was as advertised. Brittany was quick and very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped make the process less painful. On her own she gets five stars. So I gave the dealership 2 stars one for a great car at a great price (after haggling) and the second for Brittany. They lost one star because their pricing strategy was not transparent. They advertised one price online and tried to charge me for extra stuff. I did not appreciate the games. We negotiated the price down to what was advertised. I took 1 star off for inefficiency. It took almost 4 hours to complete the entire transaction for no obvious reason. One star off for bird poop on the car when we first inspected it. Not to be petty but if you’re trying to sell a car at the very least it should be clean especially since we made an appointment a day earlier and called ahead to confirm we were coming. They did clean it for us after we bought it but still.
