Ford dealerships near me (Franklin, VA)

This dealer is horrible. After speaking with multiple people about a vehicle, credit check and being approved. I agreed to come 2.5 hours away to purchase vehicle to learn 5mins down the road they sold the vehicle. Time, money wasted on a sorry dealer ship. Terrible service.

Chase gave me call within minutes of my message. He sent me pictures etc. He let me think about it and then called me back later in a day or two. It was just so far away for me to come look 12hr drive, I just couldn’t pull the trigger without a personal look. He emailed me a few days later and said they had sold it, which I thought was nice for him to do. If I wasn’t so far away we probably would have gotten together on the vehicle

The dealer did a great job, went out of the way to help. I was not ready on my part.

Sales lady was very nice and replied almost immediately. Car was a described but purchased elsewhere.

Very helpful and informative. They are straightforward with pricing and details.

Came all the way to the dealer and car was in shop. They didn’t let me know until I got there and I call before I even arrived.
