You can tell the salesperson does not know anything about car.he tried to offer me $2000 only for my 2019 jeep cherokee eventhough my trucks was valued for $10 to 12,000.we felt so disrespected by the offer. We were ready to leave with a new truck, i just wish they gave me reasonable offer.

Absolutely terrible experience. Reached out multiple times only to have an AI assistant not answer my questions. I requested a human to contact me and it never happened. I reached out three times once via the app and twice via their online form on the website, it is very disappointing to not buy a car because you cannot speak to a human being.

Made appointment to see the truck listed on a Saturday, was sent photos and communicated i would be there, was alerted by Cargurus the truck was sold Friday night, no communication from dealer, had to call myself to verify it was sold and not waste a trip.

Staff was nice it was a pleasant process the car is great but the car has 2 issues it misfires under heavy load probably just spark plugs and someone left a crank case breather hose unplugged not big issues especially for a 10 year old car
