Dealership rushed a newly acquired vehicle through detailing so I could come look at. While on test drive the dealership sold the vehicle to another person. Not willing to give deal on another vehicle. Owner did give respond to email was responsive.

Still deciding but the reaction from the dealership was very informative and helpful.

They replied almost right away. Then I replied back and got a line of junk about sorry, price was incorrect on listing. Then saying it wasn't ready, never went through safety check. Then later I get an email from another person from dealership saying sorry this car sold yesterday. I told them they should get their stories straight before emailing somebody. This person replied back saying the 1st person didn't know what they were talking about basically. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service.

Dealer didn't respond to email, I had to call a couple days later. They told me someone's financing was waiting to go through on the vehicle and they'd call me Friday and let me know the outcome. They didn't call me.
