Ford dealerships near me (Columbia City, IN)

Car was dirty when we test drove. It was washed after purchased. There were so many scratches that were terribly covered. We feel this was very deceitful. The dealer did have them buffed, which helped a lot. I have never been so uncomfortable during the transaction process. I am sure not all salesman there are as unkind, just beware. Would I buy another car there? Absolutely not. It was a terrible experience.

All things were good, all staff was friendly and easy to talk with!

The company was great during the inquiry and financing process. We were told the car had been there a week, but needed to cleaned and we could pick up for the next day. We did all the paperwork, put our deposit down and setup a 5-7 pickup time and the car was still not done at almost 6:00 PM and would not be done until the next day. We just took the car home and washed and cleaned it ourselves. Not great service after you purchase the car.
