Car was dirty when we test drove. It was washed after purchased. There were so many scratches that were terribly covered. We feel this was very deceitful. The dealer did have them buffed, which helped a lot. I have never been so uncomfortable during the transaction process. I am sure not all salesman there are as unkind, just beware. Would I buy another car there? Absolutely not. It was a terrible experience.

I was told there was no rust on the truck I wanted to purchase. Drove hour and 20 minutes and the frame was extremely rusted. The fender wells were flaking off rust. The paint was bubbling around all of the door handles from rust. Way overpriced for the condition

The suv wasnt customer ready & had serious issues that needed addressed to get it ready for sale

Staff was pleasant to work with and they were not pushy to make a sale.

Blatantly lied to over the phone. Called to see if a vehicle was available and was invited to come in immediately to test drive, only to be told upon arriving that it had sold. The salesman who helped us said they "have" to do that to get us on the lot, which he agreed was a shady practice. It completely soured my opinion on the entire company and I will not consider them as a viable option going forward.

Extremely poor! Antonio and Marilyn would not answer specific questions regarding the vehicle. As a retired internet sales manager, these two simply failed to earn my business.

Positive experience

Seller not anxious in selling. Unable or unwilling to negotiate price and transfer/shipping costs. An informed buyer and motivated seller makes for a win, win opportunity. In this case the dealership was ready to sell me their vehicle, charge ne full price, charge full price for shipping, but not ready to even consider any negotiations, this being an 8 year old vehicle with over 100k milage. Appears they wanted to keep this rarity....by the way it's not rare at all as volvo produced thousands of this model in 2018.

Sales team was excellent. Worked hard to get my daughter approved for her first ever loan ( with cosigner ) vehicle was just as nice as it appeared in pictures
