I dealt with Anthony and John at the dealership, both stayed in communication over the phone with updates on the truck. Time at the dealership was minimal, and the vehicle was presented as it was promised. Couldn’t say more good things about how I was treated, and would def buy a truck here again in the future.

The sales team had me buy insurance for a car I couldn't even get because of the financing wasn't approved

I asked to be contacted by dealership about this car. No one contacted me. I did call to see if car was available and told yes. Not a good start to sell a car.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve and Daryl, the dealership and the process! We live in Medina, about 50 minutes away. After my husband bought the vehicle, it was detailed, delivered, and with a full tank of gas! Their ended being a small chip in the glass upon delivery, the car was picked back up and brought back with a new windshield. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a pretty good experience. I was not happy with the way the finance guy tried to sell me one extended warrenty and did not mention the other one untill I inquired about it. Made me feel like he might be getting something for upselling the on offered from Ford.

never made it to dealership, said someone else was test driving and not to come out to dealership, then next day they informed me the deal did not go through and to come out to veiw vehicle and then they call ed and said was in service, because engine kight cam eon and would call me when repaired and never returned a call, so purchased elsewhere
