The Sales team immediately contacted me (within 15 minutes) after submitting my request. I made an appointment to see the car that day, and the Salesperson, Shaun, was terrific. I wound up buying the car several days later. They held my hand through the process, and I purchased the car with several items the dealer still owed me to complete. After making an appointment to have all the items fixed, I wound up having to leave the car overnight. I went to pick it up and found out 2 of the 3 items scheduled to be done were not done. Again, Shaun (the salesperson) was great and truly apologetic, but I now need to take another 1 1/2 hours out of my day to have the car fixed again. I think the communication between the dealer and customer can be better AFTER the sale is completed.
