Got back to me quickly but the car was sold asked me what I liked about the car sounds to me like they will try and find another car.

Met with Mike and he was very friendly and not a type of person to force you in buying. Definitely will try with him on another vehicle.

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.

Kristos was very helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely made the process easy.

I haven't bought a car from a dealership in years and I was bracing for the worst, but my existing at Balise Toyota was easy with no pressure and straightforward. I would definitely consider buying from Balise in the future.
