Ford dealerships near me (Buffalo, NY)

I was there on 3 different occasions. The first time the vehicle that i had an appointment to see was not there. The second day there we talked with a salesman, we told him that we had an appointmentand agreed to an appointment the following day As we were leaving a manager jumped and told us that we will not leave, he was going to get us to buy. We told him that we had made an appointment with the salesman the following day, he started screaming that we were going to get a car then. We said that we were leaving. The third time I talked with a salesperson for 2 hours and when they couldn't give me a decent price I said that I was going the woman manager was disrespectful. I apologized to the salesperson and left. They continue to send deals and pics but I will never go back

Great sales person but unfortunately unable to commit because of surgery

I bought the 2025 Bronco Big Bend. Nick and Kyle made my experience easy and worked with me to get to the price I could afford. Nick took his time to show me how to use the screen in Bronco, seeing I'm not as tech savy as some. Thank you guys.

Not a very good experience with this dealer they wanted 16,995 I offer d cash 16,000 and they acted like my money was wasn’t good enough and did not want to make a deal or make anything work instead pushing for me to finance smh bad sales man Jared never even had the decency to contact us back about the car or our offer we had to contact him again to remind him again bad sales man and sales manager

Kyler at Howell dealership was very helpful. He was willing to work with us making a two and a half hour drive to look at this truck. We ended up buying it! I know that I’m going to love running around town is this beautiful truck. Thank you Howell motors.

Everything was fast and easy. There is a problem with the vehicle but they said they will make it right.
