Ford dealerships near me (Beaver Dam, WI)

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

Very friendly helpful. Was able to get approved before driving hr to dealership. Once at dealership everyone nice and friendly and accommodating. Got in and got out of there my with new car within an hour. Highly recommend. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from and are up front and honest. I will be going through them from now on when purchasing cars.

What a wonderful small town dealership!! Not pushy!! Patient ! I noticed the heated seat wasn't working. They fixed it immediately! Very Trustworthy! I absolutely LOVE my new to me Explorer! Only thing I wish they would of did. Was get a new Key fob for it. I went and got a new one in my own Monday. Otherwise very very happy with them. Wonderful family! Would shop there again.

They didn't bother to tell me about the horrible smoke oder that they masked.
