Oscar was great and quick to respond to emails and great on the phone. His team answered questions clearly and concisely and got me the information and iamges I needed. Jeff has been great for the financing side of the purchase and even though it was well after closing he took calls and walked me through questions. Walked out. Horrible experience. They didn’t have vehicle ready, wasn’t clean or ready to test drive, they didn’t know where it was and made us walk all over the place to various places to finally find it. Mileage was more than the ad indicated. Rude. Treated us like idiots. Hide the fact that they add on a security system we didn’t want that increased price $1000. I would walk before I bought a vehicle from this dealership!
