I had the most amazing experience with this dealership! I was looking quite late at night and Joshua Murphy reached out to me the next morning. He worked with me diligently to get into the vehicle that I wanted with the price that I wanted. John and financing was just as amazing! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking!

Communication was great.

I made an appointment to see a low cost vehicle. They had my number and email. They could have contacted me when it sold, but they did not. So when I showed up for my "appointment" it took them 10 minutes to find out the vehicle had sold "earlier in the day". Mind you I called at 11am to for a 5 pm appointment. allegedly the vehicle was available at 11 and had sold before I got there. They made no effort to tell me it was sold. I highly doubt it was even there because the same vehicle was still online for 3 more days. I feel they put it on at a low price to get people in the door and try to sell them a higher priced vehicle. (the next similar vehicle was 6 grand more than the one I wanted to see). And now they won't stop calling and texting me.

Good experience

Spoke to one of the salesperson about a trade in and never got a return call. This has been going on for a week and still haven’t heard back. I was really interested in a vehicle but they no longer have my business due to inconsistency with communication.
