Ford dealerships near me (Austin, TX)

Had the deal done over the phone in 3 hours! I drive from midland Texas to Austin Texas to pick u other car at dealership. Sales man was very attentive over the phone and answered all my questions along with the finance guy.

I didn't have a great experience at this dealership. I asked to see two cars on their lot and asked if they had any other cars available in my price range. One of the cars I was interested in, was actually a manual, but was listed as automatic. When I asking the sales person about the car, he didn't know anything and said he emailed me the information, but didn't know the specifics. I asked if he had any other cars on the lot at the same price, and he was prepared to show us. Sales person was a bit stand-offish which made us not comfortable, I explained I was driving from Georgetown to see the cars, wouldn't budge on price even though there was chips in the windshield and an issue with passenger window. Terrible experience. I won't be shopping at Group 1 Ford.

I will get my next vehicle at Covert Hutto just because of the guest service culture that exists at this dealership.

Great dealership. Excellent communication, great price and NO GAMES. I drove two hours to buy my Bronco here and would do it again.
