Ford dealerships near me (Atlanta, GA)

Tried to get pre qualified for their financing options, then they ghosted me. Guess my credit score was horrid.

I never got a response to my inquiry from this dealership.

The dealer never responded to my inquiry.

I spoke with two people regarding two different vehicles. Two completely different experiences. One was responsive, helpful and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the vehicle. I believe her name was Ava. The dealers adds unnecessary fees and not open to negotiate. Add $4k-6k from what’s advertised online. Which was a blessing for me. Hunter, a bit incompetent. Neglected to answer ANY of my questions, thankfully our communication was via text so I could just copy and paste my questions over and over, but his tone and unwillingness to answer my questions definitely made me even want to think about giving them my money or working with them. Much less even go in to waste my time.

Thanks to the AV team for their assistance, though we were unable to reach an agreement. Special appreciation to the young man, Robert Vaughn, for his tenacity and diligence towards keeping the deal alive throughout the sales process. Next time, let's hope for success!

They sold the vechile earlier that morning and never told me. Even when I let them know that we were on our way. A 2 hour drive each way. I had spoken with Colon and Amanda. Neither one greeted us once we arrived. Instead they had Michael break the news 30 minutes after he searched for it. He did his very best to sell us another and was apologetic for the lack of communication. Again, neither Colon or Amanda spoke with us the entire time we were there. We felt very disrespected. Absolutely no consideration for our time. Our 4 hours traveling and approximately 2 hours there can't be returned. Just a mention here about our fuel cost. That was our experience with ALM Ford Marietta. I would not trust them to do right by anyone.

Alex Pham did a great job taking us through the process. He responded quickly to my inquiry, sent a personalized video of the car explaining its' features, took a late appointment to show us the vehicle and stayed late to finish the deal. My wife and I had a very enjoyable and non-pressured experience.

The experience was ok. The finance guy had an attitude. He was acting as if he was doing us favor. His attitude and the lies was why we did not buy.

Outstanding all the way around, above and beyond the call of duty!

The easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was so polite will buy from you guys in the future.
