I was dealing with staff over the phone. Staff was prompt in answering questions and providing information. Provided proff of vehichle value and dealer declined to negotiate any pricing.

Truck I went to look at was sold, but they quickly showed me a truck that was even better and still in my price range. Staff was great and my entire experience was 5* all the way. Definitely recommend this dealer

I recieved calls from 5 different employees, explained each of them that I am just looking to ball park and shop so I know how much money to come in with in my hands in a few months...... Ashley and co called me back 3 times and texted me anyways. Great way to annoy someone before they ever see the dealership is by NOT LISTENING TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER. I wont be buying here, due to the thirsty gremlins that could not hear me

Well first off the truck was priced wrong and I brought that to their attention after being told I didn’t know what I was talking about I sent them a screenshot and was told ohhh I’ll call you back after I speak to management. Needlesss to say I never was called back about the truck

The sales person was terrible no knowledge and could not explain anything. Was fully ready do make purchase until sales person told me that the banks did not like my deal. No explanation or effort at all. Went to other dealer in Ocala and approved with no problem just don’t like color of vehicle. The sales person would go days without calling me or communicating at all. I have never seen a dealership treat a customer that way.
