Angel was our salesman and he was Awesome. Very informative, knowledgeable, professional and just a down to earth guy.

Great customer support / service in terms of making an appointment. 2-3 people called and mailed me until I agreed to an appointment. Told them multiple times it will take me 1 hour one way to get there. The night prior they called to confirm the appointment with one question being: are you looking for a specific model? later that day that made me think so I actively called them again asking if the car is available, because a lady did not seem to know I was looking for exactly that one car. Turns out, there was a deposit on the car and its might be sold. Today it was sold. ALL GOOD! It was my fault waiting to long. But when you put so much effort into making an appointment, I expect the transparency to also actively let me know of the situation so I can evaluate whether it makes sense to invest two hours drive time. If I hadn't called again, asking what was going on, I would have wasted my Sunday for no reason.

I inquired abiut availability through CarGurus. I never heard back about that, but I got at least seven (7!) emails that appeared to be automated following up with everything except availability. Incredibly annoying, and not helpful at all. N.B. I had to out "no" for availability to complete the survey, but truthfully, I have no idea.

Answered all requests that I had.

Don’t let you test drive the car until you “do the numbers.” Never experienced a dealership as such. Overall very cold experience. Went to another dealership right after and it was like night and day. Bad vibes
