So although I brought the vehicle, it was marked down to ten thousand when I pulled out the light, I was told to stop.And get gas because they did not have premium or midgrade to go in the car.Unfortunately, I ran out of gas before I reached the gas station.I wanted to go to which is totally my fault.But once I stopped and gapped the gas, I realized that this vehicle had the wire cut to the gas cap, and there was no gas count.I went ahead, filled up and notified the young man that sold me the car, and he was like, you. Sure, is not a pushcloth. I said, I'm positive. There's a wire that's been cut that normally holds the gas cap, which, as we all know, causes a problem with the check engine light going off with air, getting into the gas tank. So I drove after I fielded up as expected. The light went off. So I went to find out if there was anything else going on. When the young man cranked up the car, the light went off. The dealership was responsive at first, but once I submitted an offer, the communication slowed significantly. It took two days and a follow‑up message from me to get a reply. When they finally responded, there was no negotiation effort at all — the price actually went up instead of down. Overall, the experience felt unmotivated and not especially customer‑focused.

Didn’t have the keys and didn’t tell the car had many dents and paint scratches on it.

I quoted 2 different prices. I asked for pricing with shipping. Caesar emailed me over pricing with shipping. When I didn’t want to go with the warranty from easy care who has a score of 1.1 out 5. They took the $1995 warranty pricing and replaced with $1995 shipping cost. It felt like a switch and bait. When getting on the phone with Cesar he said “ I don’t go back and forth with customers”. I wasn’t rude I was professional as he should be. All I wanted to was help with the shipping. I even suggested to ship to the north Carolina location because I was going to be in town. Even after taxes and fees they were still looking to charge me more money and I don’t understand why. Very disappointing.

Sandra was just ok. Her follow up skills were mediocre. I'm still waiting on her to answer my question and it's been a week to this point. It seems as if no one wants to earn your business these days. It seems like they are order takers instead of sales people. Smh

The vehicle had rust all inside the lower cabin and trunk. Was told that the vehicle could not be driven as it was awaiting parts and had a yellow federal sticker on it. When inquiring about car was told it looks sharp and ready to go. Not quite true, the outside did look sharp but the rust on the body was unacceptable.

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful. I dealt with James and he was wonderful. He stated in contact with me and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
