Nice experience.

I really had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Crest Cadillac in Brookfield, WI. I would rate my experience on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best a 12. The staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership.

2 minutes after I received an email about this vehicle they told me it was sold. Then they called me the next day to say it wasn't sold but the price had gone up $400 dollars over the price posted on CarGurus. I told him I wasn't interested anymore

If I ever treated any of my patients/customers the way that this dealer treated me, I would undoubtedly lose my job. The building itself was unclean to such an extent that I would be ashamed to allow anyone inside, if this were my personal property. The attitude of the salesperson I interacted with was so vile that I canceled my test drive on the spot, and he effectively dissuaded me from ever purchasing a vehicle from him. Communication skills of this dealer leave a lot to be desired, particularly when it comes to listening and using a respectful tone. To say the least, I am not impressed by my experience, and I strongly encourage others to seek out a different dealership.
